It consists of a 25 gallon agitated mixing tank, which empties into a two gallon 4-valve mold dispensing tank. The components are poured into the 25 gal agitated tank for melting and mixing. After mixing and melting, the automated “dispenser-fill” valve opens, and fills the 4-nozzle automated dispensing valves, filling molds –4 at a time.

Average filling rate: 1000 per hour- In 5 hours you will fill a week’s supply of molds.

The system allows easy changing of formulations and mixtures. The system is designed for easy cleaning for changing of colors- Even from dark rosin to clear or light rosin.
