Wax Melting Tanks
DESCRIPTION
Waage Engineering Dip coating pots and tanks are used for Dip Coating, impregnating, and production Melting of plastic coatings, waxes, rosins, and glue.
Attractively styled in round or rectangular sizes and fineshed in a green hammertone coating, they are equipped with a cover, pilot light, and adustable thermostat. Round tanks range from 1 pt. to 50 Gal. Rctangular tanks range from 32 cu.in. to 864 cu.in

APPLICATION
Waage dip Coating Pots and Tanks have won wide acceptance among users of Plastics, waxes, glues, and compounds. They are used for short run or volume production dipping of parts and packaging, impregnating and melting, dispensing tanks have found wide use in Production of electrical equipment, mold filling, and packaging.

CONSTRUCTION
The crucibles are made of cast aluminum, welded aluminum or welded steel and are encased in a steel jacket mounted on an air cooled base.Fiberglass insulation and air insulation reduce heat losses to a minimum. Replaceable heating elements are securely clamped to the bottom and sides of the crucibles for even heat distribution. Models up to and including 1600 watts are furnished with a 6 ft. 3-conductor, grounded cord-set. Other models must be wired direct to a terminal block in the connection box. A knockout is provided for this purpose.
