Wax and Dip Coating Tanks
Waage Engineering has a full line of melting tanks for everything from wax to lead. Standard wax and dip coating units, WP series, have cast Aluminum crucibles. Units larger than 5 gallons are available in Aluminum plate and steel plate fabrications. Round tanks and rectangular tanks are available in standard sizes or custom fabrications. WP series units are available in 60 - 2500 F temperature ranges. These tanks are primarily used for melting of wax, hot melt glues, dip coating plastics and other like materials. Optional equipment includes, but is not limited to; heated dispensing valves, agitation and constant level. Special Hot Oil Units also available on a custom fabricated bases.
Complete line of solder melting pots and wave solder pots. Standard MP & RAP series of 1 to 500 pound capacity units are perfect for melting; solder, pewter,Zinc, Lead and Tin. Standard units poerate from 200 - 8500 F. AXP series pots poerate up to 10000 F. Custom solder melting ots and wave soldering pots available upon request.
